Executive Sous Chef Stan Lee was born in South Korea and grew up in the Washington D.C. area. His culinary journey spans both domestic and international experiences, ranging from fast casual to fine dining. This diverse background has honed his versatility, adaptability, and deep appreciation for every aspect of the guest experience. Chef Lee most recently served as chef de cuisine at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle.
