With more than 11 years of experience in hotel sales, she has held positions including corporate sales manager and interim director of sales, consistently delivering results and building lasting client relationships. Outside of hospitality, Franklin enjoys exploring nature, acting and writing for local stage productions and films, and mentoring youth through local nonprofit organizations.
