In her new role, Jenny will lead all sales, marketing, and revenue strategies for the boutique downtown hotel, continuing to elevate its presence as one of Indianapolis's most distinctive hospitality experiences.
A seasoned Hospitality Sales & Marketing Executive, Jenny is known for driving revenue growth, elevating brand presence, and building high-performing sales cultures across regional and multi-property hotel portfolios. With a career spanning leading hospitality organizations and working with major brands such as Marriott, Hyatt and Best Western, Jenny has earned a reputation for combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership that strengthens client partnerships and maximizes profitability.
Jenny brings deep expertise in group and corporate market development, key account acquisition, and portfolio-wide revenue strategy. She has consistently exceeded sales targets, secured long-term enterprise business, and developed sales plans that improve occupancy, ADR, and overall market share. Her collaborative leadership style energizes teams, aligns sales goals with owner and management priorities, and delivers results with both precision and authenticity.
Jenny is currently completing her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management through Western Governors University and is an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA). Outside of her professional work, she volunteers with community organizations supporting youth and families across Indiana.
