Coast Hotels Limited has announced the promotion of Glen Merx to Vice President, People & Culture, reinforcing the company's focus on workplace culture and talent development.
Merx has been with Coast Hotels for more than nine years and previously served as Director, People & Culture. During that time he helped strengthen Coast Hotels' workplace culture and championed leadership development programmes across the organisation. In his new role, Merx will lead the People & Culture function, supporting team engagement and capability across the company's North American portfolio.
