A Career that Spans Continents and Comes Full Circle
Damien's hospitality journey began in the restaurants and nightclubs, and shaping his instinct for atmosphere, community, and creativity. Since then, his career has taken him across Belgium, England, France, the Philippines, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. This includes a formative tenure at the Raffles Hotel Singapore 20 years ago. Today, the story comes full circle as he returns to Singapore to lead Mondrian into its next phase. Most recently, Damien served as General Manager of Mondrian Seoul Itaewon, where he transformed the property into one of the city's most culturally expressive hotels, known for large-scale lobby parties, LGBTQ festivals, international DJ collaborations, and disruptive programming.

Damien's leadership philosophy is shaped by his belief that hospitality begins with people.
