Melbourne's newest hotel, Hannah St Hotel, has announced a senior executive appointment ahead of its opening later this month in the city's vibrant art's precinct: Bernard Glaude as Food & Beverage Manager.
Bernard brings two decades of international hospitality experience to Hannah St Hotel. His formative years were spent in Michelin-starred restaurants in New York, including Le Bernardin, Jean-Georges, and Aquavit.
Internationally, he has consulted with Massimo Bottura on the opening of Casa Maria Luigia and Gucci Osteria, and with the Gramercy Park Hotel under Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group. Most recently, he has held senior roles with Lucas Restaurants, Accor, and luxury boutique hotels in regional Australia, and founded the award-winning Belvedere Social in Daylesford.
A graduate of the University of Gastronomic Sciences, Bernard brings a deep understanding of how food and beverage relate to culture and experience. At Hannah St Hotel, he will oversee food and beverage operations across the hotel and Queensbridge precinct, shaping an experience that celebrates Melbourne's culture.
