Marking an exciting new chapter for one of Melbourne's most iconic heritage hotels, Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne welcomes Grant Fleet into the Hotel General Manager role.
With a career spanning more than 15 years in hospitality leadership, managing large-scale 4 and 5-star hotels with 300+ rooms, Grant brings a wealth of experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to the new role.
Grant joins Rendezvous Melbourne from Yarra Valley Lodge, where he served as General Manager for more than four years under the Event Hospitality & Entertainment portfolio. His career also spans a diverse range of senior roles, including General Manager of Mercure Resort Great Keppel Island, General Manager at Towers of Chevron Renaissance and General Manager of Rydges St Kilda; Rydges on Swanston and Rydges South Park, Adelaide.
With a strong foundation in hotel operations, strategic planning, change management and guest experience, Grant is well-positioned to lead Rendezvous Melbourne's 340 guest rooms, event spaces including the King Edward Ballroom, and signature dining venues such as Mr Tompkins and Ms Ava bar.
