Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort has named hospitality leader Niels Stuedemann as its new General Manager. With more than three decades of international experience, including a long-established presence throughout the Caribbean, Stuedemann will oversee all aspects of the resort's operations, guiding the team as the property continues to strengthen its performance and guest experience.

A graduate of the renowned Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland, Stuedemann has built an impressive career marked by opening successful hotels, refining complex operations, and cultivating teams known for exceptional service. His professional journey spans the U.S., Canada, and numerous Caribbean destinations, where he has worked across luxury independents, boutique properties, and internationally recognized brands.

Stuedemann's background includes significant experience with Marriott International, having overseen hotels within the Autograph Collection, Marriott Hotels, and AC by Marriott portfolios. Most recently, he led The BRIX, Autograph Collection in Trinidad from pre-opening through full launch, where the property was honored as Marriott's 2023 Hotel of the Year for the Caribbean and Latin America, a distinction awarded for outstanding guest satisfaction, strong financial results, and exemplary brand performance. His Caribbean career spans multiple leadership appointments across premier destinations in the region. Throughout these roles, Stuedemann has consistently been recognized for energizing teams, elevating service culture, and driving properties to achieve top performance and industry distinction.
