As General Manager, Julia Chaland will lead all aspects of the Kimpton Mirador Pacific Grove's opening and daily operations. Chaland is a seasoned hospitality professional with a decade of distinguished experience in luxury operations, including several high-profile roles with Four Seasons and most recently serving as Resort Manager and Interim General Manager for the award-winning Alila Ventana Big Sur. She brings a successful track record of executing seamless hotel openings and cultivating high-performing teams, having led operations exceeding $40M in annual revenue and contributing to accolades like the MICHELIN Guide Keys. Her primary focus will be on cultivating the property's culture of heartfelt hospitality, fostering strong community relationships, and ensuring the hotel achieves operational excellence from day one.
