Spradlin joined Mission Resort + Club in 2021 and quickly established herself as a key leader. As Conference Services Manager, she maintained a perfect client satisfaction rate and drove significant repeat business through strong client relationships. Her extensive expertise in event planning, client communication, and revenue management has reinforced the resort's reputation as a premier destination for meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events. Before moving into conference services, Spradlin held a leadership role in the Front Office and brings more than 20 years of sales and guest engagement experience with major hospitality brands across Central Florida.
In her new role, Spradlin will oversee the planning and execution of all banquet and catered events at Mission Resort + Club, including weddings, corporate meetings, and large-scale conferences. She will work in tandem with the Conquistador Catering and conference services teams to manage client relationships and drive new event and catering sales, ensuring seamless service that exceeds guest expectations.
