Shebara has appointed Eugenie Jason as general manager, marking a new phase of leadership for the resort.
With more than two decades of international experience, Jason's career includes 14 years with Four Seasons, as well as senior roles with Marriott International and Belmond, where she served as general manager of Les Bateaux in France.
Jason's leadership approach aligns with Shebara's operational direction, guided by a focus on authenticity, innovation and hospitality standards. The appointment follows a year in which the resort received notable accolades, recognising experiences shaped by design, emotion and nature.
In her new role, Jason will oversee a team responsible for delivering guest experiences centred on connection, serenity and discovery. Her remit includes people, culture and operational performance, supporting Shebara's positioning as a destination within the Kingdom.
Looking ahead, Jason plans to support the development of Saudi talent and expand opportunities for emerging hospitality professionals across the Kingdom.
She will manage the resort's 73 villas, located both overwater and along the beachfront, as well as its five dining destinations: Ariamare, Lunara, iki.roe, Solera and Saria Pool Bar & Grill. Under her leadership, Shebara will continue its work in areas including sustainability, artistry and respect for its natural environment.
Jason holds a European master's degree in hospitality management from Vatel Hospitality Management School. Her appointment supports Shebara's ongoing development and its vision to redefine hospitality through leadership and guest experience delivery.
