Most recently, Chef Morris led the banquet culinary team at Hilton Denver City Center to new levels of excellence by driving innovation, collaboration, and refining guest experiences. Under his direction, overall profitability increased, and guest satisfaction soared. His ability to balance operational discipline with bold culinary vision has established his reputation as both a strategic leader and a passionate chef.

Originally from Honolulu, Chef Morris's culinary philosophy is deeply rooted in cultural diversity and authenticity. His career spans leadership positions at Moana Surfrider, A Luxury Westin Resort & Spa, where his Hawaii-inspired steakhouse concept became a local favorite and earned the #1 OpenTable rating in Waikiki, and at DB Restaurant Group, where his inventive, locally inspired menus garnered multiple "Best Restaurant" awards; and the Four Seasons Hotel, where he mastered his skills in high-volume, luxury hospitality, consistently delivering world-class dining experiences.

At The ART Hotel, Chef Morris will oversee all culinary operations, from FIRE's seasonally driven menus to the hotel's impressive banquet and event system. His focus on locally sourced ingredients, creative presentation, and thoughtful menu design will further elevate The ART's status as one of Denver's most vibrant culinary destinations.

Chef Morris also brings extensive knowledge of wine, boasting a personal cellar of over 450 bottles, and enjoys spending his time with his wife and son.
