Teo Nee Chuan has been promoted Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Board at Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong, Hong Kong (SAR)
Shangri-La Asia Limited (HKSE Stock Code: 00069 / SGX Stock Code: S07) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Teo Nee Chuan as Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Board, effective 30 March 2026. Mr Teo will also join the Executive Committee.
As part of its ongoing commitment to strategic growth and operational excellence, the Group is strengthening its leadership structure to support the expansion of new business areas while continuing to optimise its existing portfolio of hotels and assets.
Mr Teo Nee Chuan, currently Group Head of Investment and Asset Management for China, joined the Group in May 2025 as Senior Vice President, Finance Officer, New Development (China). He brings more than three decades of experience in finance, having served as Chief Financial Officer for multinational listed corporations across different industries including hospitality. He also brings extensive expertise in driving organisational effectiveness and accelerating growth.
