Moutaz Nazzal will join GEWAN Hotels and Resorts as group director of hotel operations, the luxury hotel brand has announced. Nazzal brings two decades of experience in hospitality management to the role, with a strong background in operational management and a proven track record for building collaborative workplace cultures that enhance both guest satisfaction and team engagement.
Prior to joining GEWAN Hotels and Resorts, he held senior roles within the National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels (NCT&H Group). Most recently, he served as hotel general manager at Capital Suite Hotel Apartments, where he oversaw operations, strengthened operational efficiency and ensured consistently high standards of guest service.
Nazzal's appointment as group director reflects GEWAN Hotels and Resorts' focus on strengthening leadership and reinforces its commitment to operational excellence, quality assurance and sustainable service delivery. Nazzal will strategically lead hotel operations across all properties in the group's portfolio, with a mandate to develop and implement unified operational standards, enhance guest experiences and improve quality control systems. He will also work closely with the executive leadership team to align operational performance with corporate objectives, ensuring the consistent delivery of world-class hospitality services across the company.
