With over 20 years of experience in hospitality sales and business development across Southeast Asia, Chantel brings a wealth of expertise in sales leadership, business growth, and strategic account management. She has a proven track record of generating multi-million-dollar revenues, leading high-performing sales teams, and forging long-term partnerships with global corporate clients.
In her new role, Chantel will drive the hotel's commercial strategy, overseeing sales, distribution, and partnerships. Her priorities include strengthening key accounts, expanding market reach, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across both corporate and leisure segments. She will also be responsible in ensuring commercial initiatives align seamlessly with the hotel's broader business goals, while elevating the guest experience.
Prior to joining Momentus Hotel Alexandra, Chantel held senior commercial roles with leading hospitality brands including Hyatt, Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore, Pan Pacific Singapore, Resorts World Sentosa, and InterContinental Hotels Group. Her experience spans global sales leadership, key account management, and MICE, with extensive exposure to both regional and international markets. She has also led and supported multi-city trade shows and large-scale industry events, strengthening brand visibility and commercial pipelines.
