Belmond appoints Laura Magnon-Pujo as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, reporting to Dan Ruff, Chief Executive Officer. Based in London, she will lead Belmond's global HR function, shaping the company's culture and people strategy as it continues to grow its Slow Luxury philosophy worldwide.
The appointment signals Belmond's continued investment in its leadership team and its commitment to nurturing a culture of inclusion and excellence across its global portfolio of hotels, trains, safari lodges, boats and offices.
Laura Magnon-Pujo brings more than 17 years of HR leadership experience in international luxury businesses. She joins Belmond after eight years at Moët Hennessy, where she most recently served as HR Director EMEA. In that role, she led a large team which guided organisational transformation and embedded a culture of trust and inclusion at every level across 80 countries.
Earlier in her career, Laura held HR leadership roles at De Beers Diamond Jewellers and LVMH Beauty UK, developing people strategies that championed creativity, performance and belonging. A French national with dual French-British citizenship, she has lived in the UK for 17 years and holds Master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Occupational Psychology from Paris universities, including Panethéon Sorbonne.
