Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek has appointed Katherine "Katie" Cosgrove as Director of Sales & Marketing, tapping a seasoned hospitality leader with more than 15 years of experience driving revenue growth across full-service resorts, lifestyle hotels, and conference destinations. In her new role, Cosgrove will lead all sales and marketing strategy for the AAA Four Diamond resort, with oversight of group, transient, and catering segments, as well as market positioning across Orlando and Lake Buena Vista.
Most recently, Cosgrove served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Ashore Resort & Beach Club and as a Task Force Director of Sales & Marketing for HEI Hotels & Resorts, supporting multiple full-service and resort properties nationwide. She led sales and marketing for a 250-room oceanfront resort with more than 40,000 square feet of meeting space, achieving double-digit year-over-year increases in group room revenue, room nights, and banquet and catering performance, while maintaining business continuity during a $20 million property-wide renovation. Her career spans leadership roles with Hilton, Marriott, Aramark, and Real Hospitality Group, overseeing portfolios ranging from boutique conference centers to multi-property hotel complexes. Cosgrove holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation & Parks Management with a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Frostburg State University.
