Ksenia Poteraj is a hospitality leader with over a decade of experience in luxury, lifestyle and extended-stay hotels. As Director of Sales and Marketing at Apiary Hotel, she leads the hotel's sales, marketing and brand positioning. Earlier in her career, Poteraj worked in public relations, where she built a strong foundation in media relations, storytelling and brand communications, skills that continue to influence her strategic marketing approach today. She began her hospitality career as a banquet server and steadily advanced into executive leadership through dedication, resilience and a passion for excellence. Poteraj has held leadership roles at the Oxford Hotel, Crawford Hotel at Denver Union Station, Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center, and served as Dual Director of Sales & Marketing for Hyatt Place Peña Station and Hyatt House Denver Airport.
Poteraj is a first-generation immigrant and holds a Master's Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Language Arts.
