In her role at W Scottsdale, Hall will oversee all aspects of AWAY Spa operations, including guest experience, treatment offerings, and strategic partnerships. She is focused on expanding the spa's modern wellness approach through innovative experiences and technology, including Aescape, Arizona's first AI-powered massage, while ensuring AWAY Spa remains deeply connected to W Scottsdale's bold, social, and guest-driven identity. Her vision positions the spa as a natural recovery and recharge space, whether as a "19th hole" for golfers, a reset for travelers, or a meaningful pause in the day for wellness-minded guests.
Hall has extensive experience across the hospitality and wellness industries, most notably with Marriott, where she began her career over three decades ago as a Chef's Assistant before moving into front-of-house and service leadership. She went on to build a strong operational foundation through managerial roles opening high-profile restaurants, leading service teams, and supporting elevated guest and VIP experiences across the U.S. including Austin, Chicago, and Indian Wells, California. She later discovered a true passion for wellness and moved to Hawaii, where she led one of Hawaii's most celebrated spa programs as Spa Director at Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, a role she held twice, overseeing all aspects of spa operations. Hall then brought her expertise to Montage Laguna Beach, where she helped lead the spa to achieve record-breaking annual revenue.
Throughout her career, Hall has been recognized for her ability to lead and inspire teams, connect meaningfully with guests, and foster strong community relationships. She is deeply devoted to giving back to the communities she serves, with a continued focus on philanthropy and holistic wellbeing.
