Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Shivankur Verma as its new Food & Beverage Manager.

Shivankur brings with him a wealth of experience in food and beverage operations, with proven expertise in restaurant and banquet management, revenue optimization, cost control, service excellence, compliance, and team leadership across leading hospitality brands.

In his most recent role as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at JW Marriott Goa Vagator, Shivankur oversaw end-to-end F&B operations and delivered strong performance results. His accomplishments include achieving 3rd position in APEC for Food & Beverage Service on Guest Voice, with an outstanding 92.3% ITR, exceeding the F&B revenue budget by 13%, maintaining beverage costs within budget, and successfully managing 12 luxury buyout weddings. He also played a pivotal role in revamping the Agua Pool Bar & Café and consistently met audit requirements and guest satisfaction benchmarks. Additionally, as a Marriott Certified Department Trainer (CDT), he led structured training programs aimed at enhancing team capability and service standards.

Prior to this, Shivankur served as Banquet Manager at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, where he managed extensive indoor and outdoor event spaces. He was also part of the pre-opening team at JW Marriott Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa as Restaurant Manager, responsible for multiple outlets including all-day dining, specialty restaurants, and in-room dining. His earlier roles at JW Marriott Chandigarh, Marriott Suites Pune, Sahara Star Mumbai, The Orchid-Ecotel Mumbai, and InterContinental The Lalit Mumbai further strengthened his operational foundation and leadership experience.
