Phillips joins The Westin Nashville following his time at Bobby Nashville, bringing more than 25 years of hospitality leadership experience, including a distinguished tenure with Loews Hotels & Co. His career with Loews brought him to Nashville in 2008 as Director of Rooms at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, where he advanced to Director of Operations before being appointed General Manager in 2013.
During his time in Nashville, Phillips earned industry recognition from both the Greater Nashville Hospitality Association and the Tennessee Hospitality Association as Outstanding General Manager of the Year. His experience also spans several high-profile Loews properties nationwide, including Loews Coronado Bay Resort, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, and Loews Santa Monica Hotel. Known for his people-first leadership style and results-driven approach, Phillips has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering elevated guest experiences, which he now brings to The Westin Nashville.
