Nick was promoted to Senior Project Director in January 2026. He joined The Hardy Group in 2023 as a Project Director, bringing over five years of progressive experience as a commercial general contractor. He is recognized as an effective communicator who builds strong cross-functional relationships by emphasizing hands-on collaboration with all stakeholders to carry projects from conception to completion.
In his current role, his responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients; establishing the project vision and goals; and guiding the scope and design development while managing budgets, schedules, and capital planning through HARDY's proprietary Capital Intelligence methodology. He provides senior-level leadership throughout the contract administration, change management, and cost control process as well as overseeing the internal and external project teams through all phases of execution.
Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Nick held the titles of Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Territory Manager, Draftsman, and Foreman. He worked for a variety of companies including Beacon Construction, The Winter Construction Company, Stonhard, Flowers Engineering, and Atlanta Flooring Design Centers. Some noteworthy projects he has worked on include Abrams Fixtures adaptive reuse project with a $10.2 million budget, Winnwood Apartments' historic multifamily renovation with a $5.4 million dollar budget, and 2135 American Industrial's adaptive reuse with a $3.7 million dollar budget.
Nick graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University. He holds certifications in GSWCC Level 1A and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety.
