Mishra brings more than 20 years of distinguished leadership in global luxury hospitality to two of the resort's most exclusive and sought-after enclaves. The Cove, Atlantis Paradise Island's esteemed retreat, is defined by premium service, dedicated butlered suites, private pools, and signature dining venues led by world-celebrated Michelin star chefs. The Reef offers a serene, residential-style setting with well-appointed, spacious accommodations, and a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the pristine sands of Paradise Beach.
In his new position, Mishra will focus on elevating personalized guest journeys, enhancing service and operational excellence, fostering exceptional team development, and driving sustained performance, ushering in an exciting new era of distinction and growth.
Mishra joins Atlantis Paradise Island following a highly successful tenure at Galaxy Macau, where he served for more than six years as Assistant Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations. There he led flagship properties including the 1,450-key Galaxy Hotel and the 450-key, all-suite Raffles Macau, achieving Forbes Five-Star recognition for Raffles Macau in its inaugural year. During his time at Galaxy Macau, Mishra earned two promotions and secured the first Forbes Five-Star rating in the company's 12-year history for the Galaxy Hotel.
Mishra holds an Executive MBA in Global Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM-Calcutta) and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality from Utkal University. He has been recognized with numerous industry honors, including Travel + Leisure Luxury Awards Asia Pacific Best Hotel General Manager in Macau (2023 and 2024) and finalist for the Stelliers Hotelier Awards Hotel General Manager of the Year (2022).
