Grace Bay Resorts has appointed Tracey Oliver as General Manager of South Bank, the brand's newest luxury development in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Oliver assumes the role as the property enters its next phase of growth following its inaugural year of operations after its November 2024 opening. The first of its kind luxury oceanfront resort and marina is set to complete the much anticipated Arc, later this year, designed by award-winning Italian architect, Piero Lissoni. South Bank is developed by Windward, a Turks and Caicos-based development firm, responsible for some of the most exclusive residential waterfront estates in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Bringing with her more than 25 years of global luxury hospitality and leadership experience, Oliver will play a pivotal role in continuing South Bank's momentum throughout 2026, following a prosperous first year of being open, in addition to overseeing the property's final development phase and opening of Arc, a six-story oceanfront residential masterpiece.
Prior to joining South Bank, Oliver most recently served as General Manager of Raffles Maldives Meradhoo, where she partnered closely with the marketing department to raise brand awareness, drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Following her time at the Institute Hotelier Cesar Ritz in Switzerland, Oliver's career includes senior leadership roles with The Ritz Carlton as well as several positions across the Middle East, Asia, United States and Caribbean, overseeing luxury villas, food and beverage operations and resort developments. Oliver's global experience which shaped her well-rounded leadership skills and driving performance will result in the exceptional guest experience and overall success Grace Bay Resorts consistently strives for and achieves.
