Jeff Neuzil has been appointed Resort Manager at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark in Lake Geneva - WI, USA
Marcus Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Jeff Neuzil as the new Resort Manager of the award-winning Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark. With a robust background in hospitality and a proven track record of operational excellence and innovation, Neuzil brings extensive experience to this role as Timber Ridge celebrates its 25th anniversary.
Previously, Neuzil served as the Director of Rooms at Marcus Hotels & Resorts's Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, an AAA Four-Diamond all-season resort, where he managed 358 guest rooms and suites along with 29 luxury villas and 136 timeshare units. In addition, he directed multiple departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Transportation, Retail, Public Safety, and Grand Experiences programming. His innovative leadership and approach resulted in the development and launch of the resort's service platform, which significantly increased Grand Geneva's Net Promoter Score (NPS) and helped maintain high guest satisfaction and strong relationships.
Prior to joining Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Neuzil served as the general manager of the Country Inn & Suites, a Marion Hospitality hotel in Crystal Lake, IL. His previous roles include general manager of the Holiday Inn Charlotte University in Charlotte, NC, and task force manager with Archon Hospitality.
