Monica Hubert has been appointed General Manager at Everline Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe in Olympic Valley - CA, USA
Everline Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe has named Monica Hubert as its new General Manager. Hubert brings over 30 years of hospitality leadership experience, with deep expertise in resort openings, operations, and team development, as well as a long-standing history within the CoralTree Hospitality portfolio.
Hubert will lead Everline Resort & Spa, overseeing all aspects of resort operations, homeowners' association relations, guest experience, commercial performance, finance, and team engagement. Before joining Everline, she served as General Manager of Outbound Sedona - another CoralTree managed property - responsible for launching the resort ahead of its Spring 2026 debut. In that role, she guided every element of pre-opening operations, including marketing, sales, guest service, dining, wellness, spa, recreation, and events, laying the foundation for a luxury destination resort experience.
Prior to Sedona, Hubert spent approximately three years as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country, where she directed all hotel operations, from owner and union relations to divisional business planning. During her tenure, she delivered record revenues, elevated guest satisfaction, and strengthened employee engagement while implementing operational improvements across all departments.
In 2022, she served as Opening Sales & Marketing Director for Hyatt Centric Silicon Valley, where she led the launch of marketing strategy, digital campaigns, online travel agency promotions, leisure and group business development, and public relations initiatives. Her second stint in Tahoe was at Resort at Squaw Creek, where she served as Director of Sales and previously Director of Group Sales.
Hubert's hospitality career began with roles such as Director of Restaurants at the Buffalo Marriott under Boykin Management Company and various leadership positions at Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite. She later joined Delaware North, serving as General Manager of Wawona Hotel at Yosemite National Park. Following her GM role, she expanded her reach across the brand as Area Sales Manager for the Ahwahnee Hotel, Tenaya Lodge, Wawona Hotel, Yosemite Lodge, and Curry Village, managing national corporate and group accounts and driving significant market growth for multiple iconic properties.
