Raffles Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Zeynep Peker Prakatur as Area Commercial Director, further strengthening the brand's commercial leadership across the region. In her expanded role, Zeynep will provide strategic commercial oversight and support to Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, Raffles Jeddah (2026 Opening), and Raffles The Red Sea (2026 Opening). She will also maintain a strong and continued focus on Raffles The Palm, Dubai, where she has served as Commercial Director since 2023.
With over 23 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector in the U.A.E., Zeynep brings a wealth of commercial expertise and leadership to her new role. A passionate, award-winning professional and an accredited coach recognised by the International Coach Federation, she is widely respected for her stakeholder management skills, inspirational leadership style, and results-driven approach.
Throughout her career, Zeynep has held several senior leadership positions at some of Dubai's most prestigious luxury hotels, including Burj Al Arab, where she specialised in international business development, as well as Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing at One&Only The Palm and One&Only Royal Mirage, delivering record ADR growth through targeted business diversification and strategic suite and villa sales initiatives.
Since joining Raffles The Palm in October 2023, Zeynep has delivered outstanding commercial results, driving strong performance across Sales and Marketing while building high-performing, collaborative teams. Recognised as an inspirational leader, she is deeply committed to developing talent and fostering cohesive teams across diverse cultural backgrounds.
As Area Commercial Director, Zeynep will provide strategic guidance to property leadership teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial strategies across all hotels. Her remit will also include developing commercial talent within the region, driving a culture of performance and collaboration, strengthening the regional talent pipeline, ensuring best-in-class tools and initiatives are shared and embedded across properties, and leading commercial business reviews and communication to support sustained growth.
