Andrew Harris has been appointed General Manager at Hotel Theodore Seattle, Tapestry by Hilton and Mayflower Park Hotel - WA, USA

Andrew Harris

Azul Hospitality, managing group of Hotel Theodore Seattle, Tapestry by Hilton and Mayflower Park Hotel, announced today the appointment of Andrew Harris as General Manager of both iconic Seattle properties, effective January 5, 2026.

Harris brings 21 years of hospitality leadership to this dual property role, which demands strategic vision and operational excellence. He will drive business planning, revenue optimization, and market positioning while overseeing all operations - from rooms and food and beverage to staff development and property infrastructure, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across both hotels.

He launched his career in sales at Scottsdale's Marriott Vacation Club International and Phoenix's Residence Inn. Harris relocated to Seattle to serve as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hilton Downtown Seattle, followed by joining Crestline Hotels & Resorts (CSM) as the Complex General Manager, supervising the Aloft and Element hotels under Marriott. He later led the successful conversion of a Tapestry Collection hotel during a two-year tenure in Manhattan Beach, California, before returning to Seattle three years ago as General Manager of the Graduate by Hilton Hotel.

Under Harris's leadership, Azul Hospitality will continue to celebrate each hotel's rich heritage and unique identity while leveraging national hospitality insights to elevate operations and ensure Hotel Theodore's seamless transition into the Hilton family.

As one of Seattle's oldest hotels, Mayflower Park Hotel has been woven into the city's fabric since 1927, with stories spanning the Prohibition era, when guests discreetly enjoyed cocktails in what is now Oliver's Lounge, through decades of hosting dignitaries, celebrities, and generations of Seattle families. Hotel Theodore distinguishes itself through an exceptional art program in collaboration with the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) and the owner's personal collection, featuring pieces throughout the property, transforming guest corridors and public spaces into a curated gallery experience while celebrating the region's vibrant creative community.

Media are invited to tour both properties and speak with Andrew Harris about his vision for these Seattle landmarks. To schedule an interview or property tour, please contact Azulhg@revolutionpr.com.
