Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah has appointed Jaroslav Hoznourek as director of food and drinks, bolstering the property's leadership bench as it sharpens performance across its multi-venue dining portfolio.

Hoznourek joins from Conrad Dubai, where he oversaw six dining venues, in-room dining, large-scale events and MICE operations. With more than 20 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia, he is recognised for leading high-volume F&B environments while driving measurable commercial results.

In his new role, he will oversee strategy and performance across Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah's collection of outlets, including Barfly by Buddha-Bar, Jones the Grocer, Trader Vic's, CLAW BBQ, Zing Beach & Pool Bar and SocialBee. The brief is clear: align operations, elevate guest experience and support long-term brand growth across one of Palm Jumeirah's most diverse dining portfolios.

At Conrad Dubai, Hoznourek built and led a team of more than 85 F&B professionals, focusing on internal progression and reducing turnover. He also played a central role in delivering Hilton EMEA's largest-ever GM Conference in 2024, hosting more than 1,200 delegates.

Operational discipline and sustainability formed a key part of his previous tenure. Under his leadership, Conrad Dubai achieved an 83 percent reduction in food waste per guest and successfully rolled out Green Ramadan, serving more than 5,000 covers annually. The efforts earned the property the EMEA Sustainability Team of the Year Award 2024.
