
With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, digital transformation, and brand strategy, Desvaux brings extensive cross-market experience to the role. She has held senior positions at Airelles, Groupe Barrière, and most recently Compagnie Lebon, where she was instrumental in shaping brand identity, leading integrated marketing strategies, and supporting portfolio development.
In her new role, Desvaux will oversee marketing strategy for Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts, with a focus on brand positioning, digital innovation, and guest engagement. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for the group, with several high profile projects in development, including upcoming resorts and residences in Antigua, Muscat, Ras Al Khaimah and Baku, alongside the highly anticipated launch of a new boutique hotel concept designed to redefine Nikki Beach's immersive lifestyle hospitality through culture, community and experience.
